For freestylers there are three snow parks and for professional skiers one of the steepest world cup downhill ski runs in the world. Beaver Creek is easy to access being about 2 hours west of Denver International Airport and is accessible by car via Interstate 70. A shuttle bus takes you the 16 km between Beaver Creek and neighboring ski area of Vail Mountain.
