Ski area Grächen

With panoramic views and a good 299 days of sun a year, Grächen is a dream ski holiday destination. It is a great place for families looking for a peaceful holiday. On top of this, most parts of the ski resort are completely closed off from car traffic giving the village a particularly peaceful feel. This ski area is small but perfectly formed and thanks to the good links between ski lifts and ski slopes it is possible to easily access all the runs.

Out of the 40km of ski slopes here, 31km are red runs making this an ideal place for intermediate skiers who want to practice their skills and make progress. There are also plenty of runs which are perfectly equipped for children. The children's paradise play park is very highly rated. Black runs are rather limited here so the most demanding skiers will have to look further afield or do some relaxed skiing on the fantastic choice of red runs.
