The vast ski area of Arosa Lenzerheide, including Valbella and Parpan is certainly an ideal place for all types of skiers and snowboarders. A shuttle service is available to take skiers to the main ski stations and around 30 modern lifts make the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area a relaxing area with very few queues. There are plenty of mountain restaurants with sunny terraces so you take a break and enjoy the splendid views. Two ski resorts, Lenzerheide and Obervaz, share the Arosa - Lenzerheide ski area and are both full of life and surrounded by marvellous cross-country skiing and hiking trails. Whichever side you ski in Arosa - Lenzerheide, the ski runs all take you back into the ski resort.
With over 155km of well-maintained ski slopes fairly equally shared out between blue, red and black runs, the Arosa - Lenzerheide ski area is perfect for mixed ability groups and families. Snowboarders will just love the snow park on Alp Stätz in the Arosa - Lenzerheide ski area. In the evening you can look forward to a varied apres-ski programme including night skiing on Alp Stätz, full-moon skiing and night sledging (all depending on weather conditions) - great for those who find it hard to leave the Arosa - Lenzerheide slopes at the end of the day.
