Meiringen-Hasliberg (Switzerland)

The Swiss Meiringen-Hasliberg, apart from the ski slopes, cross-country skiing and hiking paths, also has a very rich history. Meiringen-Hasliberg is an umbrella term for the three villages of Wasserwendi, Goldern and Reuti. These historic villages provide visitors a glimpse into the rich past of this traditional country. But if it's skiing that you want then that's what you can get here. The area which consists mainly of red downhill runs is the proud owner of a few pearls. The ski slopes above the tree line, towards the Mägisalp, are a wonderful example.
