Ski area Sognefjord

Sognefjord in short

  • Height: 325 - 950 metres
  • Lots of winter activities available
  • Close to scenic national parks
  • Excellent off-piste terrain

Sognefjord offers a vast variety of winter sports activities for every style. The ski area comprises two smaller portions, Sogn Skisenter and Sogndal Hodlekve, each of which has its own distinct flavour. From Sognefjord it's easy to reach the Jotunheimen and Jostedalsbreen national parks, a definite must if you wish to explore the beautiful trails through Norway's countryside.

Both the Sogn Skisenter and the Sogndal Hodlekve ski areas have ski schools where even the tiniest skiers can make their first tracks. The child-friendly ski zones provide an easy and safe area where kids can practice their turns. More advanced skiers can keep themselves busy on the wonderful off-piste terrain. Just 15 minutes from the ski area you'll find the charming, historical village of Sogndal.
