Ski area Hemsedal

Hemesdal is set among high wild mountains which reach an altitude of 1920m. This is a very lively resort aspiring to become the Norway's main ski centre. Hemesdal offers very interesting off-piste possibilities, although it is advisable to be accompanied by a ski guide. Original excursions such as booking an overnight stay in a “snowhole” are also possible. Snowboard lovers, among others, can enjoy a 600 m long snowpark.
