Ski area Winklmoosalm-Steinplatte

This is one of the few ski resorts in the whole of Germany where snow is practically guaranteed, a point which has favoured the successful development of tourism here. Reit im Winkl ski resort is located on the outskirts of the village of Winklmoos-Alm and is partly in Austrian territory. The red and blue runs are very adapted to children and beginners. It is not the ideal place for skiers in search of steep ski slopes. Reit im Winkl is an optimal place for all cross-country skiers.
