Ski areas Vosges

Vosges Located in north-eastern France, the Vosges region is great for winter sports closer to home. This low mountain range with peaks up to 1,424 metres is about 720 km from London. However, the ski resorts are not 100% snow-sure due to low altitude and depend on good winters. But when there is fresh snow, the Vosges becomes a beautiful winter sports region with excellent skiing, cross-country skiing and winter hiking.

Vosges' ski resorts are small but pleasant. Do not expect hundreds of kilometres of slopes here, but smaller family areas with short runs. The region is ideal for families, beginners and advanced skiers who want a few days on the snow and enjoy an authentic winter sports atmosphere close to home.
