The ski area of Schlumpf, near Dolleren, is small and relatively low between 675 and 1012 meters of altitude. From the slopes, you have a wonderful view of the village and can ski back to the centre. Due to its size, the Schlumpf ski area is well adapted to beginners and young children.
This small ski area has only 2 ski lifts and 2 ski slopes. The first is called La Verdure and is 1250 meters long. This red run has an altitude drop of 340 meters and is the longest, low-lying slope in its category in France. The 2nd slope is called the Dolleroise and is a wonderful green run, perfect for beginners. The well-known restaurant, the Auberge du Schlumpf is at the bottom of the slopes and here you can try some delicious, well earned local specialties from Alsace after some exercise on the slopes.
