Ski area Les Gentianes

Near the village of Morbier is the small ski area of Les Gentianes. This ski area is located in the Jura, at an altitude of 950 meters. The ski area is suitable for beginners and cross-country skiers.

Les Gentianes ski area is perfect for beginners and children. There are only three ski runs here, one red, one blue and one green run! There is an around 2 km of pistes available in total so this is obviously not the place for expert skiers. However, the ski area of Les Gentianes offers great cross-country skiing. In the village of Morbier are 90 km of cross-country trails, with a connection to the Bellefontaine and Chapelle des Bois ski resorts. The local ski school also teaches cross-country skiing. The cross-country trails differ in height and difficulty.
