Rating on Whistler
Excellent skiing but very expensive
Prices are ridiculous but the terrain here is incredible, from skiing through the trees to alpine-like skiing on Blackcomb Glacier to tricky couloirs and mogul runs. A must-ski at least once in your life, but maybe only once! Being so close to the coast, the ski area can get sopped in, but on good snow days this is truly a world-class resort.
- Unbeatable range of terrain
- Good selection of bars and restaurants
- Snow quality can be variable
- Expensive
