The Marmot Basin ski resort is located in the Jasper National Park within the Canadian Rockies, which are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marmot Basin has the highest ski resort base elevation in Canada (1698m) and a vertical drop of almost 1000m.

Terrain here is typically Canadian, with gladed runs, moguls and steep chutes that expert skiers will be dying to tackle. However, there is also more than enough terrain for beginner and intermediate skiers, as well as a snow park with jumps, rails, boxes and jibs of all shapes and sizes. Cross-country skiers can explore the beautiful region on more than 300km of trails.
