SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental is among Austria's largest, most modern and most popular ski resorts. From the nine villages of Going am Wilder Kaiser, Ellmau, Scheffau, Söll, Itter, Hopfgarten, Kelchsau, Westendorf and Brixen im Thale, you have access to a vast ski area with 270 km of slopes and three fun parks. These are accessed by 83 modern lifts, and in between are as many as 80 authentic mountain huts. SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental offers more than enough winter sports opportunities for all ages and levels.
SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental: big and versatile
With 270 km of slopes, SkiWelt is one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas. The pistes are spread across several mountains, and the range of runs is very diverse. Most are red and blue, but several challenging black runs also exist. Black run 112 from the Choralpe is among the steepest in the country, with an 80% gradient. Beginners will find beautiful practice slopes and lovely wide blue runs in the SkiWelt, and advanced skiers can ski beautiful tours. Children learn their turns in the extensive children's areas and often take ski lessons simply in their mother tongue.
