The village of Mallnitz is located in Carinthia, one of the lesser known ski regions of Austria. In the sixties and seventies two ski areas were developed, which are located near the town. Although the total area is not very large, there is plenty to do in Mallnitz. So there are two base stations where there are fun après-ski opportunities, which after a day of intense skiing could be just what you need.
