The house is situated in the quiet village Ried im Oberinntal. By car (7-10 minutes) you can reach the large skiing area Ladis, Fiss and Serfaus, skiing area Nauders (30 minutes) the (tax-free) Samnaun, and the glaciers in the Kaunertal, Pitztal and Otztal (30-80 minutes). Within walking distance: the smaller family skiing area Ried-Fendels-Prutz (300 mtr), (ski) bus stop (100 mtr), local supermarket and bakery (200 mtr).
