Abtenau (Austria)

About 45 kilometers south of Mozart's city, Salzburg, is the small ski resort of Abtenau. The ski resort of Abtenau Lammertal Dachstein offers fun for young and old, beginners and intermediate skiers. Abtenau has its own ski area with 10 km of ski slopes. The limited number of slopes means that the ski area is very suitable for beginners and families. The whole family can enjoy the wide and perfectly groomed slopes together.

The resort's ski area is not directly connected to the other ski areas in the Lammer Valley. There are 6 ski slopes totaling 50 kilometers in the neighborhood, one of 15 kilometer long at an altitude of 1200 meters. This slope gives you several impressive views. Abentau is an active and sporty resort set in beautiful Alpine scenery which offers everything your heart desires. Also there are lovely walks through the beautiful nature here.
