Soldeu (Andorra)

The ski resort of Soldeu is part of the ski area of GrandValira providing ski slopes for winter sports fans of all levels but particularly beginners. The ski resort itself is cosy and has plenty of facilities.

The ski area is easy to reach via the cable car which leaves from the centre of Soldeu. There is also now a link to Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa which makes up a vast ski area of over 150km of slopes just waiting to be explored during a ski holiday here. The snow record in this ski resort is excellent, due to the fact that the majority of the skiing lies above 2000m of altitude. This is a wonderful resort to come to for a first ski holiday as the ski school instructors nearly all speak English as their first language! Apres ski is lively and reasonably priced with something for most tastes.
