In recent years, ski resorts in Czech Republic have become increasingly modern. If you are satisfied with a smaller number of piste kilometres, they are a great alternative to the more popular destinations in the Alps. In fact, many Czech ski resorts offer excellent slopes. In this article, we'll present the five biggest Czech ski resorts.

This means that, after a short ride on the (free) ski bus, you can access additional 15,5 kilometres of slopes. Klínovec also boasts one of the longest and widest slopes in the country. The Jáchymov run is 50 to 100 metres wide and 2,950 metres long. The ski resort is constantly under development, which is especially evident in the renewal of the snow cannons and chairlifts in recent years. You can also enjoy a snow park, a children's land and 146 kilometres of cross-country trails.
