Voting is over and the results for the Snowplaza Awards 2020 are in! From December 2019 through April 1, 2020, thousands of skiers and snowboarders from all over Europe and the UK voted for the best ski resort of 2020. This year we asked readers to vote not only for their favourite ski resort overall, but also their favourite ski resort in several categories including beginner, après-ski and advanced. Born and raised in the ski paradise of Vancouver, Canada, I learned to ski before I can remember, balancing precariously on my parents’ skis as they sailed down the hill. I started snowboarding in my teens and am now delighted to be exploring everything Europe’s ski scene has to offer!
